Unified Technologies Group, Inc. is currently in discussions to launch our US Banking Operations on or before March 31, 2010.  Yorkshire Capital Holdings is a bank holding company and is a division of the Yorkshire-Companies, which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Unified Technologies Group, Inc.  The banks brand name is Yorkshire Bancorp and will be launched online at www.ybcfinancial.com.

Yorkshire Bancorp is in the process of finalizing our Online Banking applications and hope to launch soon.  We hope to make an announcement soon as we are working to provide a Mobile Banking solution as well.
